Stevie picked himself a can-o-worms to open. We are in the process of a New Urban developemet project. Fan? na not since I lost a job when the company needed money and UAA had to have it's arm severely twisted for a "loan".

East TN here, but still a "damn yankee" to the natives. I've lived all over the place, but Knoxville (aay "Knoxvul") is home (at least for now).
