Turn signal problem

My B4 needs a new inspection sticker and of course the left turn signal decides to stop working so I can't pass inspection.
The right signal works fine. The left one doesn't blink. The left front is off and the left rear stays constantly on. The turn signal indicator on the instrument cluster also stays constantly on.
I'm thinking it's a bad relay, but the wiring diagram in my service manual doesn't show one or maybe I'm missing it. Where should I start looking?
Thanks

Yup, what Thief sez!
Typically, most vehicles will not flash the signal if a bulb is burt out. A message to you that something's wrong. Since one is glowing and the other is not, seems pretty reasonable to assume the one that's not is either burt out or has a bad connection

What they said.
If that doesn't fix it, drop your headlight down and check your wiring connections.
Let us know how it goes.

Bulb was the problem. A quick trip to the auto parts store did the trick. Thanks guys.

Im bumping this becuase my left turn signal does not blink, it just stays on, the right one works fine.
Im pretty sure both rear and front signal lights are working when they just stay on, I will check again to make sure, what should I do?

As mentioned above...
1. Check/change the bulb first.
2. Check wiring to sockets, maybe one is loose or missing?
3. Check wiring in other places, like the headlight shell.
