just little old me here from Newcastle,
bought my bike from Hunters Motorcycles, use jo joe's for spares Westgate Road (the Hill you may know it as)
£800 98' (2nd generation) jap import, BLACK, standard, and with some 12 thou Km on the clocks, good tyres, needed fork seals and oil,  and a little attention
but with that done i got back on the roads  motorsmile

all i can say is consett get's real cold and real snowy real quick . . .

just thinking about all the wonderful things i can do with it

learnt a lot from the site and  still learing more  :Very Happy:

Im at the moment sorting new tyre. Cleaned carbs and new brake lines and pads.

Hi! I'm up in lovely Aberdeen, not too rainy but feckin cold most of the time. Getting better recently though.

I'm in the process of getting my 400v road worthy....can't wait till I can get riding!

Btw why are you wearing a ATC beret? lol

just anupdate, pulling carbs and when you pull the floats out it'd probs be best to haev some new seals for there, i got two in out no bothere but the other two were a little tight and there is no way them babys will go back

mabey if left for a couple of days but . . . just best to as i found out

just to say it... you want those floats to be good and tight. the alternative is they leak and flood like mad. Some people use various bits of lube to get them to slide back in, though I can't comment on the advisability of that.
