I tore a ligament once.  I kept re-injuring and re-injuring it, it took a long time to heal.  When the doctors say take it easy they really mean it.  Good luck.

What's the "September Beaver Trip?"

Yeah... the taking it easy thing isn't working so well for me...  even the simplest things about put me through the roof.

Uh... the Beaver trip isn't QUITE as exciting as it sounds!  Beaverun Motorsports Complex  My favorite track.  NESBA just opened up a 45 rider, all day open track day next month. I can't wait!

It's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow.

Well if you want to get back to racing  .

Anyway, I just rapped up a weekend of racing at Mosport. To make a long story very short, I had some bike problems and learning curve issues trying to race at a new track.

Qualified 34th so I had to start from the second wave of a two wave start. Come race time I had the bike hooked up and a little more confidence in my riding at Mosport. I finished 17 overall. Not great but could have been worse. I still had a great time.

Here are a couple of pics of the B4 coming into the blind, off camber,  down hill, double apex turn two. Loads of fun.
