400V Cam Chain tensioner problem

I read from few forum said suzuki cam chain tensioner can't give enough force to tight the cam chain.

Did all 400v also get this cam chain tensioner problem?

if yes, then did i order a new one from suzuki can fix the problem?

i adjusted all the valve but the motor still so noisy. please help!
