 what mains are in it where is the needle set at ? buy cr8 or 9 e's till you get the carbs straightened out will save you some money while tunning. You may have oring/ float needle problems though.

Its not gonna start with them plugs :stickpoke:
Hose routes to the bottom of the bike, its just a vent, i take them off because if they get pinched they dont allow fuel

You may have to remove a small screw from the face of the fuel tap to get it there but straight up is the prime position (someone correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since I looked at my old B4).  If the carbs were dry, I'd just leave it there for a few minutes and then fire her up. If your floats aren't set right or you have some bad o-rings, leaving it there too long will result in fuel getting past the carbs and into the motor.

hmm.. the bike is still running like poop on a stick... im kinda out of ideas... like i had it started at 2 turns out and it was rich.. and i now have it a 1.5 turns and it wont think about starting.. but it sounds like there is no explosions... so maybe the plugs are totally gone now..

fuel screw orings, float needles, you have b4 carbs instead of gsxr carbs and are missing the pilot plugs? hard to say why a number of things it could be, emulsion tubes, maybe someone put bigger pilots in, etc..
