hi mod, torque settings for clutch r main nut 50-70 nm or 36-50.5 lbft, springs r 7-11 nm or 5-8 lbft (watch these, sometimes they thead out easy), also service limit for drive plates is 2.9-3.1mm standard 2.6mm limit, drive plate distortion 0.1mm, drive plate claw width 11.8-12mm standard 11mm limit, springs limit of 31mm no less. The basket coming lose is quite common you find problems getting the bike into neutral when at stand still, hope this helps.

D'oh, this is where it gets tricky! u should have a tool, i made one from old clutch plates welded together but without its down to trial n error, possibly put the bike in gear then try to lock the rear wheel, d'nt lever against anything alloy IT WILL BREAK!
