Well, I decided to keep the B4 and rebuild it. I don't feel like waiting around for parts, so except for the wheel I ordered new repalcements from Suzuki. Need new handlebars too. I also figured while I'm at it to add progressive springs and new seals. Total costs will be around 1G.
The only things that'll round out the bike after that is replacing the wheel and painting over the scrape on the frame tubing that stuck out. I have to try to find a body shop that has experience with motorcycles.
