Oil in Coolant

Noticed oil level going down and with MOT due, decided to service and check out possibilities. Oil found in coolant and about 50ml in air box.
Am I right in thinking head gasket? Or could it be anything else.?

Most likely, but it is also possible there is a crack in the cylinder block or head between oil & water passages.

Thanks for that, gasket on order, I guess I'll see when it's taken apart.
