footpegs?

is there any footpegs that i coudl get to replace the big clunky stock rubber ones?  my friend with a newer r6 has some cool looking pegs and i'd like to get something like....has anyone gotten some from a gixxer or anything? also how hard would it be to install these?

Thanks JC.  

Installation couldn't have been easier.  Take out the cotter pin, pull axis pin, be careful to note how the spring was oriented, put it all back together the same way with the new peg.  Viola!
