Yes if you also change the oil pan to a gsx-r 400 oil pan.

Yeah for the stock GSX-R 400 headers you need the GSX-R 400 oil pan. But for aftermarket GSX-R 400 headers it would depend on how they changed the design..

Will not fit without work.

76a oil pan is square and model specific.
73a pan will fit the bandit giving a straight exit to the collector
But also needs the oil pick up as well and looks a little ugly.

You can get a Yoshi from yahoo Japan for similar money.
