Do the dual disc,non US models come stock with clip-ons and adjustable front forks?
Makes sense that they would upgrade the factory suspension along with the brakes.....

I;ll go out on a limb here and say that they should be like the gsxr 400 and have rebound and spring preload.

No, not even spring preload. They usually come stock with a handlebar.

Twin discs come with clip ons but forks which are the same as the ordinary bandit.
