hoses
« on: September 06, 2006, 04:34:20 PM »
I have developed a leak !! It looks like the hose from the cooling system that comes out of the engine block between the 1st and 2nd cylinder and heads up to the radiator or overflow bottle has split.
Anybody know what diameter this pipe is, because obviously once ive got the tank, seat etc.. off i cant ride it back to the shop.
 :thanks:

Fear not... Ive fixed it.
Luckily the split was right at the bottom, so i sliced it off with a very sharp scalpel and managed to save enough hose to put it back on. I dont think it will last for ever, but it works right now.
