I couldn't find the original post for Jays cam mod.  Ist it an intake came in the exhaust side?  Thanks.   Has anyone tried the gsxr cam swap?

Thanks again

Only gk73a cams will fit in a B4, gk76a are different diameter. B4 and Gk73a share the same exhaust cam (pre 93) and slightly different inlet. I'd be supprised if swopping the cam would make a big difference, more lift will help up top, but inlet's is where the most power is at, for example the 1st gen vvc bandit had variable inlet and exhaust cams but the 2nd gen only had inlet as the power was as good.

So, has anyone tried Jays cam swap, or can anyone track down the data on it?

Actual GSXR cam swap.....

And while I'm at it, what's the diff between gsxr and b4 trans.?

Thanks

some are close ratio...tall first second then rest shift like butter never out of the power, less of a drop in rpms. I own maybe 2-3 of these trans and will put them on ebay soon dont need them any more.
