Leaking Rear Caliper
« on: July 22, 2007, 01:47:07 PM »
I've just finished changing the disc and pads on the rear, gave it all a quick clean then bolted it back on.
Gave it a good flush through with new fluid then filled it up.

It seemed to bleed ok but then I noticed that every time I pressed the pedal fluid was leaking out of the caliper from the join where the 2 halves meet.

I took it all apart again and gave it another good clean to be sure that there was no dirt in there but it's still flooding out every time I press the pedal.  It's as tight as it'll go without sheering the bolt so I don't know what else to do
