Hey guys, sorry if this has already been covered, but I was wondering where or if i can find new carbs for my 91 B4. Or at the very least a rebuild kit? I'm having trouble finding either.. thanks!

New old carbs boiled in lemon juice worked well. New carbs cost more then the bike is worth even in mint condition.

On the topic^, a mechanic I know says you shouldn't use carb/fuel cleaner adhesives like Forte (known in USA??) because of the 'soft' parts used. Is this true?

When I bought my bike used recently, the guy gave me a spare set of carbs, but I have no idea where he got them. Im having the same issue as I would like to rebuild my spare set to have in the case of an emergency.

I can supply a set of o'rings to rebuild the carbs, £11 to UK £15 to USA.
Apart from that you are looking at mr Suzi or ebay.
You can get slides, diaphrams and float valves non oe.

@squishy - I'm a poor college kid so I used lemon juice because its cheap, as am I. Further more I've never messed with carb/fuel cleaner products.

So essentially, Ill need o-rings, diaphrams, slides, and float valves? Im going to have someone else rebuild them. If Im being honest, I dont trust myself with all those little parts. I just wanna make sure I have everything covered.
