New Bike
« on: September 25, 2008, 10:30:26 AM »
Picked up my Bandit 400 last night. An 89 Jap import in red. 14000km on the clock and very tidy. Interesting 120 mile ride home. It felt very weird riding a 400 IL4 again - the last time was in the mid nineties when I was the proud owner of a blue/silver 400 Limited for about 3 years, until some bugger nicked it  Spent the last 12 years riding big singles and more recently a Buell XB12R Firebolt - which the Bandit will sit along side in the garage. Switching from low revving torquey motors to a screaming 4 takes a bit of getting used to!
