Yeah - we're speaking of the gasket that goes around the cap.  BTW - I've put about 9K on my bike with 5 oil changes and never touched the gasket.  

AFAIR - The K&N comes with the gasket.  The HiFlo does not.  I got one of the Suz that didn't but I don't remember which p/n it was.  

I've gotten filters from the local inde shop (the HiFlow), a suz shop (Suz OEM) and from Dennis Kirk (K&N).

yeah the suzuki manual says to just be aware of it/check it
when you change the filter. i lube it a tiny bit before i reinstall the cap

I have also used an STP oil filter and I believe it came with an O-Ring.  These are cheap and you can get them at your local AutoZone.  I think the part # is:  SMO-00 (Please double check this as I am not completely certain).
