Hey guys,
I recently obtained a position in a rotational program once I finish my Masters work. Unfortunetly, it will be extremely difficult to move the bike around every six months, not to mention the first location is St. Louis (where a lot of bikes have been stolen lately). I am debating selling the bike but I want to get at least $1000 for it. I want to see what you all think about that price before I post it in the the sale section of on ebay/locally.
Bike:
Red/ white rims
Clip-ons
R1 exhaast
Cat-eye blinks in rear (slight cracks on plastic where these were installed)
Some rash on both sides of bike from prior owner
Crack on front fender (have an extra just havent put it on)
Tires are one season old
Fork Seals were replaced in July
Have an extra front fender (as mentioned above)
Have extra radiator, hoses, thermostat.
Problems with bike:
I had the bike professionally tuned last summer, and it honestly road really great. Drove it daily to work (the longest way possible of course)
The rash on the motors, and cracks in plastic (I will get pictures in two weeks, as I am ccurently in Rochester and the bike is not)
The tach doesn't work, I haven't trouble shot it yet so I am not sure if it is the tach or electrical.
