Anyone have a good source for finding F/P jets?
I have DJ kit, And having a hell of a time getting it to work right.
I little insight before we start:
  '92 US model
  Stock airbox
  Yosh full Cyclone System
 
At sea level (Florida).

Check the jetting database. I think I'm the only dumbass using DJ stuff and everyone else is on FP.

With your setup, I would start at using the stock 102.5 mains with the full system and stock box/filter. I don't even bother with DJ's jets and use stock Mikunis. If it stutters on top, go a little bigger to 105. There is an SV tuning site with great hints in it as well as far as using the butt dyno to tune, the link is in the DB also.

Make sure the carbs are right before you start your jetting and resynch every jet change.

As far as a source...  Have you tried FP directly?  The whole kit with the needles and everthing would be the way to go...

DJ parts are top bannana! US guys generally use Factory and UK DJ. The needles as per factory are slimmer than stock and so you run a smaller main than standard, i ran 100's with stock pilot jets and a race pipe on a standard motor and it was very close.

I use factory pro, and have had good results.  Stuff always ships quickly & they are very helpful over the phone in giving you ideas to fix any problems you have.
