Anyone else suffer from this?
Had mine (high geared) pinned down the M1, reading off the clock (where it would say about 120mph), R6 following said 106mph, CBR600RR in front said we didn't go over 100mph.

With the speedos on the 600/1200, they're typically 7% or more optimistic, so that doesn't sound like something's wrong.

Yeah I guess. But most speedos are optimistic, so I bet what an R6 says is 106mph is actually 100mph, so 120mph on a B250 clock is actual 100mph!!
