Well, sliding is fun....
« on: December 17, 2005, 06:19:16 PM »
but it is not so fun when it is a result of an old guy in Cadillac pulling out in front of me as I am going down a slight decline.  I didn't acutally make contact, but my front end washed out as I put on the front brakes. End result,  a  scraped up right case cover, frame sliders, and a few new scrapes on my suit.

Did Oldman Caddy even stop and ask if you're OK?

Nope, when I looked back after moving my bike to the side, the guy was gone, but several other people did offer help.

Zhi,
Glad to hear that you're OK. Isn't just the way it is that the guy who causes the accident just drives on without a problem? Oh, well.

Nope no one got the license #. Also I believe here in California, if no contact is made, I am pretty much out of luck.

Boy, that sucks.  Glad you're OK and the bike sounds repairable.
