It definitely takes some practice but it is a quicker way to shift. I have trouble getting used to it. I also find it only works on hard acceleration.

I shift up and I shift down all the time with no clutch.

Roger. Just unload the trans enough by blpping the throttle and she'll click right into the next gear.
