how do you take seat off?

First time I have posted on this site. I just bought a 2003 1200 bandit. I am trying to remove the seat. Can anyone tell me how to remove the seat? Thank you

Right above the helmet lock under the left side of the seat is a key hole. turn one way it unlocks the helmet lock and the other it unlocks the seat. Once the seat is un locked lift and slide the seat rearwards untill it comes off.
