Speedometer suuurging
« on: July 24, 2008, 01:49:43 PM »
My B12 speedometer surges at around 65 or 70 mph... and reads about 10-15 mph high from there on up.

Paul suggested I lube the cable, which I did, but to no effect.

Any suggestions, other than spending 200 clams for a new one?

Has anyone out there ever SUCESSFULLY disassembled a speedo (and made it work again)?
