well my drunken friend and i figured it out (think so)  well looking at the bike drinking a beer and the front forks look bend....  right after the bottom mount they bend backwards..   i dont know of many bikes that the forks bend twards the bike...  maybe out twards the front of the bike on a chopper or something but.....   anyone have a set of forks for sale??   how much of a PITA will it be to put 43mm in the front instead of the 41??
if i get a complete 1200 setup forks and trip tree will it just bolt in???  like is the bottom mount of the trip  tree the same on the B6 & B12???  thanks!!!!

Not noticing bald spots is not good and not a very good way to ride motorcycles.  I knew a guy that that rode his bike with tires down to nothing.  I watched him crash as a result. :duh:

In the USA - and all the other countries that drive on the right side of the center line, the left side of a m/c tire will typically wear faster than the right due to the camber put in the roadway for drainage. The opposite would be true in counties like the UK and others where they drive on the other side of the center line.

Now, if your forks are bent, yes, you can swap a B12 front end on. You'll want the parts you mentioned plus the brake calipers and rotors. If you're going to this much trouble, you may want to consider upgrading to an even higher tech front end by checking out the FAQ section.

You can straighten fork tubes, a machine shop should be able to do it

It would probably be cheaper and safer to just replace the tubes.

not questioning your eye-balls, but how did you other than looking decide that the fork was bent?

You need to have it professionally looked at before spending all the time $$$ and effort of changing the forks.

Also, many times tires do wear weird for a variety of reasons. How long have you owned the bike?  And if you had owned it for a while what could you have done to bend them....

I would suspect tire, over eyeballing a fork, unless it is REALLY bent it would be hard to tell with the naked eye.

i have owned the bike since april or may...   but if ya look at the bike the forks are not staight..  you can tell... through the trip tree they are fine then right after the bottom mount you can see they are bent.. im gonna go out to the garage here in a few and take the fairing off the bike and ill snap a few more pics...  i have a yrd stick out there somewhere ill hold up agianst it..   i have a straigh edge but its only 12 inches so....  thats not gonna do much good...

Tires wearing more on the left side huh? Hmmmm maybe ya gotta drive faster!!!!!!! Here in NA....mine wear more on the right side....LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!
If they look bent after the bottom tree..they are way out of wack.....consider a better front end while you are at it.
