Does anyone have the procedure for testing the t-valve on a 02 b12? My repair manual will not be here for a few days.

Do you mean the TPS (throttle position sensor) - or something else?

Here are my values:

Resistance between (2) outside prongs= 5.12
Resistance between middle and top prong= .93
Resistance between middle and top prong with throttle fully engaged= 4.02

I am assuming all is good?

At full throttle, resistance between the top and middle pronges (ohm2 in the service manual) shoud be between 2.66-4.64 Kilo-ohms. Resistance between the top and bottom prong (ohm1) should be greater than this value. The correct TPS position is to have the ohm2 resistance at 76% of the resistance of ohm1.

On your bike, ohm1 is 5.12 and ohm2 is 4.02.
You're close (~78.5% instead of 76%), but not spot on.
You should adjust your TPS so that ohm2 reads 3.89.

I don't know that it'll make much difference. Some folks have unplugged the TPS and not noticed a change...
