So how many kays do you think the 1250 bandit will do before any serious problems. Yes I know, different okes drive differently. Just a +-, some chit chat

Lots of the old air/oil 600 & 1200 Bandits over 100,000 kms (60,000 miles) without problems. I would expect the new W/C 1250 would be similar.

Ater that, maybe clutch, wheel bearings, shock, etc could be ready for replacement, as much depending on years and storage conditions.

It'll probably last longer than you want to keep it, unless your trash it somehow.  And Paul is being conservative with his figures on the older 600/1200 SACS motors... there's lots of them that have topped 100,000 MILES (~161,000 kms)

I think with too much down time between rides a bike with low miles ages about as fast as one that is ridden regularly with high mileage, especially the engine if it sits too long. You know what I mean Red01, just kidding  :grin:

I'm looking to put at leist 100,000 miles on mine before it slows down.
