Hi Sven, they are the Suzuki V-Strom DL 650, slighy alteration needed for the left hand side (clutch) but very easy to fit and dont look to bad either.

Was thinking of doing this myself.

Okay....can I have your handguards then?

Thanks for the pics, looks great.
You said a slight mod was needed to fit them on the clutch side. What exactly did you do?

On the clutch side the handguard is a bit longer which hits the fairing, what I did was to cut it off and then "stuck" a piece shaped from what I cut off over the remaining handguard, but the plastic does not take to adhesives very well so at the moment it has Araldite contact adhesive and black gaffer tape holding it in place.

On the original picture from the front you can just see silver gaffer tape (changed now), I believe there is an glue which you apply and then spray on an activator to set it, when I find I will let you know.

when you got the handguards did you also get the spacers for between the bar end and the bars? if you had to buy them seperatley, did they require longer studs and how much were they in total.

Hi guffter, you get everything with the kit thats needed longer screws and the like and you use the original bar end weights.
