2006 B12 112.5 Mains, adjustable needles (full rich), std pilots 3.75 turns out, K&N, airbox 1.5" mod, Staintune exh.

Here is my Beast! 2000 B12 Streetfigher (Hooligan).

The modifications (where do I start):

Mechanical -

Holeshot stage 3 jet kit,
Holeshot 5 degree timing advance.
Dale's the man when it comes to Bandits!

Cosmetic - (to save myself some typing, unless I specify, all work done by me...lol)

The shortest dogbones I could find (1-1 1/2 inch short, I can't remember) to jack the rear end up as far as possible,
Trimmed/re-upholstered seat,
Bellypan (from E-bay seller),
Folding bar end mirrors,
Renthal handlebars,
Eliminated fender,
Almost useless blinkers in corners of brakelight  and front (triangle shaped) frame cover,
Custom textured grey paint,
Skull head (Target Halloween prop) light assembly with blinker horns consisting of (fabricated from scratch):
2 H3 halogen driving lights,
oil light,
neutral light,
and tachometer from my old '86 GSXR 750 (yup..no speedo..why..cuz who cares..lol) .
Upped the rear tire from 180/55/17 to 190/50/17 (FAT), new front tire as well (not pictured, haven't got around to taking new pics),
Fuel gauge under the frame.
Vance and Hines slip on exhaust with some sort of custom headers, don't know the make (came with original purchase, along with the scrapes).
RK racing chain.
I think that's it ...for now.

It's still a work in progress (about half done). It gets double-takes everywhere I go. They go for 3rds but I'm long gone by then!

Here's my first gen B12.

'08 GSXR 1000 rear shock
Clip ons
Bar-end mirror
Small LED indicators
Plasti-dipped a lot of the silver and chrome
Free flowing exhaust
Rejetted with 127.5 mains and 35 pilots + 1mm shim on the needle
2" airbox mod
Dropped the gauges an inch or two so they're sitting right on the headlight (looks better with the clip ons)
Did a home made tail tidy (hacksaw and sand paper!)

Some outside photos.

A photo of my Alberta based 'touring' pack mule,,, a maroon 98 Bandit 1200, seen here during a tour passing through Kalispell in Montana. This was a used bike purchase I made a few years ago in Calgary Alberta. After I bought the bike I set about stripping it and starting some serious restoration work to it, which has vastly improved the bikes appearance.
It has had some engine performance items added and other upgraded body accessories hidden around various parts of the bike.
Its not the cleanest in the photo, which you would expect after being on the road for a few days.

One Bandit is not enough, especially when you tour two different ends of the continent. Soooo, here is my Florida based 98 Bandit 1200. This bike, like my Calgary based 'pre-enjoyed' Bandit purchase, seen above in a previous post, has also had a major restoration of parts as well as some engine mods.
Its been to Deals Gap NC quite a few times and toured into GA and TENN as well.  In the photo our group has stopped at a lay-by on the Blue Ridge Parkway in NC.

Its indeed a small world, heres a photo of Alley member H2Ricks bike on the right and mine on the left during a tour through British Columbia in 2012. Both Bandits were parked at a layby near the Alexandra Bridge in the Fraser Canyon, British Columbia.
You know, its been said the red ones are the fastest, LOLOL
