I've installed Dale Walker's/holeshot.com mirror extenders.  He did a nice job...the fit is near perfect, I can see behind me, and there is absolutely no vibration in the mirror.  Very pleased.

I decided to order mine today.......unfortunately they only take orders via phone M-Th. So, Tuesday they get ordered. Glad to hear they are a good match. I believe they look better than the split piece by SW Motech but clearly that's an eye of the beholder thing. I am just tired of looking at my shoulder and all my riding buddies are always behind me   It'll be nice to look for them without moving my arms or shoulders to see the mirrors.

In the aviation world, Heads Up Displays (HUD) are to such a point where they have a plastic-type sheet that can be moved around the cockpit.  I was thinking, it would be cool to have a small HUD on the edge of a helmet visor and one of those small RV back-up cameras mounted on the tail...and maybe a ball bearing dispenser, a laser pointer, and an oil-smoke machine.  Okay, I'm out of control!

I think it would be easier to simply ride with slower bikes and never, ever, have to worry about them coming up behind you! At that point, mirrors would be meaningless.
