OK, I am back from the Rockies, 1400+ miles in 4 days. I ended up with the RT instead of the RS, but it was still a blast.
Attached is my favorite pic from the trip, at the top of Mt. Evans, the highest road in North America. Above the treeline, at Alpine permafrost level. Denver was at 96 degrees (F), but the park entrance was 74, with the peak at only 46 and a windchill of 25. The ride up and back was PHENOMINAL!
You can see that I am standing at the peak where the rocks are at the lower corner, and you can follow the ridge to the two other peaks, and then out into...?
