these bars are shorter than what I've had in the past.  another remedy is to install a bar snake.  It is basically a gel snake that goes into your handlebars to help absorb the vibration.  Here is a link:  http://www.holeshot.com/barsnake/index.shtml

Do I understand you correctly? Zuki is stripping motor and balancing crank under warranty? How the Hell did you get them to do that? From what I have read here getting suzuki to follow up on warranty work is like pulling teeth. That vibration must be extreme. And if we are talking about a fairly new bike shouldn't you be going for a replacement?
