I took the grips and all the controls off to put new handlebars on my bike, and now when i went to put them back on, I noticed that the throttle doesn't spring. The grip has come detached from the box that controls it. What am I to do?

Haha! LOL! Maybe it would help if I hooked up the throttle cable!

You reassembled without getting the throttle tube inside the housing. Take the housing back apart and try, try again.
