If you look for something as powerfull as a bandit 1200, but wthout the ABS and with injection:

I've got a strong feeling your torque fears will be laid to rest next year with a big bore GSR - alleged to be powered by a Hayabusa based engine.

@Paul;

I hear the rumours too.
However, the big GSR could also be based on the 1000CC GSX-R engine.
But since the 2006 GSX-R 1000-Yoshumura has more than 200BHP, I guess it 'll provide me the torque I want too.....

But until then, a testride on the GSR600 is never wrong, is it?

Either way would be great.

Sad thing is the Japanese seem bent on detuning all their naked bikes, why can't they follow the European model of offering a naked bike with the full tilt sport bike motor?
