I wonder if you could get a ticket for the dead guy in the hearse not wearing a helmet? Does the law state the person actually has to be alive??

Well, I'm guessing if the Funeral Director doesn't have to wear a helmet, the deceased in the coffin wouldn't either... besides, what's the point? They're already dead. You can't kill 'em again.
