I know, I know! It sounds crazy...but it really isn't that hard to do. If you count in sets of 100 they go bye fast :) And your abs look awesome. Which I have discovered helps immensely while riding my bike. Trying not to put so much pressure on the hands and use the strong trunk (core).
Actually, working out is a stress reliever for me. Can't always get on that bike in Maine. LOL
