Secondly the oil I use, is the same oil, that Motul recommends for Hardly Dangerous's.

) I at least used the bedroom, hmm little wonder the first minister kicked me out.
Oh but I still laugh when I remember her getting up in the midddle of the night for a wee, and her kicking a shovel head, and braking her toe.

I didn't know Motul was recommended for Harley's. I use their chain lube and am pleased with it. Which is about the only thing I hate about my bandit. Chain maintenance !!!! The oiling, cleaning, oiling, cleaning, adjusting and oiling and cleaning and on and on and on. What a pain !!!!! My Harley's have spoiled me in that area.

It's not that Harley recommends it, it's the Motul type that Motul recommends for HD's. Big difference.

Funny you should mention that... I did that last night. Gave the old Bandit a good Spring cleaning. Chain guard off, cleaned all the yuck off of everything. Gave it a good washing and waxing and it looks brand new again. Another plus for the Harley and no chain drive. I don't have to take the bike apart to clean it. However (comma) since I bought the Bandit a year ago the Harley spends most of it's time in the garage. I do love riding that Bandit. Nasty chain and all.
