Just wanted to drop in and say hi.
Thank God I'm not the only bandit rider out there :)
I just got a 2007 1250s on june 19th after 25 years away from bikes. I'm having so much fun riding again its un-believable. I love the bike, its an awesome machine. My only complaint is the fairing doesnt seem to do much for windblast so that a nice double bubble will most likely be my first upgrade. Er, maybe a louder exhast or I'll just do both.
Any recomendations on the exhaust? I was told the scorpion is nice but I dont see one for the 2007 yet.

:welcome:  Salvate!

Indeed the new B1250 is an awesome motorcycle. Rave reviews from everyone who has ridden one.  :congrats:

As far as exhausts, Yoshimura has just come out with a full system, header, mid-pipe, and several slip-ons. And Holeshot Performance now has a slip-ons and a mid-pipe, along with a TFI tuner and airbox mods. Header soon to come. I'm sure there are others.

Accessories are coming out every week, mostly over in the UK and Europe, but they'll get here eventually.

Feel free to post anytime, about any ol' thang ya want!

Hey Salvate, I'm new as well. 1250 ABS Bandit, and I still have my old T/A as well. I like the color on your bike, sadly the abs is only in blue :(. Welcome

Let us know if you head that way and we will see if we can hook up.... up there...Banditone1250s..

Deals Gap, Yes I've been looking forward to heading that way, looks like it wont be untill next summer though as this one is kind of "allocated away" already :(

At least I'll have way more experiance on the bike by that time, I've got 25 years of rust to scrub away in the meantime. I'll definitly give you a shout when the time comes regardless of when though.

Hey thee- welcome to the site!  Best Bandit forum that I found.

Also have the new 1250...love it- hope to dodge the rain today and get to ride for a few minutes. Mine has 500 miles on it, due for it's first oil change.;)

Prolly gonna enjoy it for a couple af years then step up to the FJR or C14 arena.  But for the price- right now I couldn't pass up on this great motorcycle!
