Has anyone watched this show on the History Channel.  The professional wrestler Goldberg is the host.  They have a good episode on bikes.  Everything from the Hell's Angels to sport/stunt bikes.  Cool footage on guys going nuts with GSXRs and TLs on Calif.'s Ortega hiway.  Some other good stuff on the extreme riders.  One guy highsides at about 90mph while on a bridge.  Knarly stuff, you get a quick glimpse of some nice road rash.  I always like when the Angel's supreme leader, Sonny Barger, bashes Harley.  Harley didn't like them in the 60's because of the way they cut & chopped their bikes.  Today some of Harley's best selling models are modeled after the Angel's creations.

I watched it, interesting show.  I love how that one schmuk said he dropped 45lbs off his TLS by changing the wheels and exhaust....come-ahhhhn (weighing the parts that come off and not the parts that go on isn't how it works).

I also found it interesting how the show was implying the TL-S was the fastest/best sport bike money could buy...  :duh:

I caught that part too.  I'm wondering if they like the TL for its power delivery.  The V twin might be programmable for more low end torque for powering out of tight corners.  Hard to say, for tight twisties i've heard the gsxr 750 rules.  I did like the helmet-cam footage of a rider taking the corner too wide, hitting the dirt and going down.
