a) Free VIP parking in the infield for motorcycles. You do not have to buy a seperate parking permit.
b) Group recognition over the weekend via a banner on the Jumbotrons
c) You sitting down? A free lap around the track. Yes. FREE. LAP. INDY. I'll tell you now that no, you can't go around dragging a knee. It'll be a lower speeds, but still, you can say you went around the same track as Rossi did.
d) No fee/penalty if the group has to cancel. You still get a ticket, but lose the group perks.
e) 10% coupon for anything at the museum giftshop
I've already had standing plans with my Yamaha board on doing a gathering for this when it was still in the rumor stage. We went to Laguna together the first year and have been wanting to do another outing. If a group thing through here doesn't work out I can get you a ticket if you'd still like to get in on the perks. You'll just be riding around with a bunch of Yamaha hoodlums on the track
Lot of things are still up in the air at the moment. Pit passes will not be available until they work out some more details. Parking/camping issues are still being worked out.
Even though I'm camping with my Yamaha bretheren I'd still like to meet up with anybody from here that will be going to the race. If you are interested in getting a ticket now please let me know via PM. Payments won't have to be made for several months. We are getting general admission tickets. Personally having the option to move around the track is a good thing, and the gen admin sections are still pretty good. Gen tickets are $75.
