I don't know how accurate this is, but makes me think more about going out on the highway under 20 degrees...

I think I would rather ride in the "old method"...seems if you utilize that method the faster you go the warmer it is!!

BUT

250mph @ 30F
Old = 82
New = -1

I don't know how reliable this is... Turns out that if there's no wind, it feels quite warm outside if you factor in the wind chill:

Speed: 0mph
Temperature: 32F
Old Method: 63
New Method: 55
