Just wondering if any of you were from CT. If so, anyone up for a ride?

Just happen to wander over to this section and noticed your post.  I am from Stamford.  About 30 min from Derby.  Have an '01 Bandit 1200S and ride quite a bit (~10k mi/year)

Have been riding for 5+ yrs and managed over 60k miles in that time.  Several MA/VT/NH trips, 3 trips to Deals Gap area, Nova Scotia, 2 mth cross country trip through over 20 states, countless local day trips and several track days.

Let me know if you want to meet up for a ride.

I noticed that you sometimes ride in NH.  If you ever get up to the lakes region or the white mountains, let me know.  I'd love to go for a ride.

I'm having fun.  Are you having fun?  I'm having fun.

ridenclimb, Definately up for a ride. I just got back from VT/NH and the bike sounds funny. I'm worried about what it could be so I'll be checking it out this week. Let's see how it goes and we can meet up.

Darek,

Hope the bike checks out ok.  Definitely up for a ride once you get the bike all set.  Have to do a little maint on mine as well but just the usual oil change and chain lube.  Have been too busy this year to ride as much as I would like.  Do you ever make it over to 301 for a little twisty fun?

Thinking a trip down the blue ridge may be in order in the fall.  Great time of year with nice temps and outstanding scenery.  However, I only like to ride it on the weekdays.  Weekend RV traffic and numerous leaf peepers make riding on the weekend an exercise in frustration.

Anyway, lets meet up for a ride soon.

Skibum,

I will definitely contract you the next time I am headed north.

Take care

David

Sounds good guys.  :thumb:  It would be nice to travel in the company of people who get the Bandit.  All the HD riders around here won't even speak to somebody who rides a Jap bike and the sportbike guys want to buy it for their girlfriend.  :banghead:
