No special dates just maybe one day shorter. If that works. I guess I could return a day before you guys if I need to. OR your last day could be from my house to yours for you guys. That might be the best way.

Hey Paul - Look at Mike's location under his screen name in the left margin

Can I say it's an age thing? Or maybe now that I'm retired, maybe it's a focus thing...

Anyway, looks like we meet Sunday night in Battle Ground?...looks like two good days for me, if I want to have fun roads, or one long pull on the straight, fast ones. And then back to Mike's on Thursday night. Does that work to everyone's expectations?

We won't make California and back in the four days, except maybe a dip into the Northern Part, but there are some great roads through Oregon heading south...some that I haven't done, others I have. We can fit in some Washington roads before we part company on Friday, on the way home.

Hey Guys,

There's always a possibility Chantal and I will join you guys; I'll try to keep an eye on the boards!

It's a possibility there will be more Kawasakis than Suzukis on this ride.

Good. Then I will have the fastest Suzuki on the trip.  :thumb:

Well, it looks like a case of bad timing. Chantal can't get away from work that week. Hope we can all do a ride next year, maybe by then it will be time for Lolo pass again?

Hey guys

My schedule is looking a little cramped...I will need to be back in Cranbrook earlier than I committed.

Can we look at moving this trip up a day, and meeting at MobileMike's on Saturday night, with a plan to be back near his place on Wednesday night?

Let me know if that will work for the rest of you. You can still consider some nice roads in Washington on Thurs/Friday?

As I mentioned earlier, I'm flexible.  Still works for me.  Have you come up with a menu?  I'm not so worried myself, but the guy I invited is curious.

Have you come up with a menu?

I've mapped out a couple of days, and some options, but I wanted to make sure the day earlier thing wasn't going to be a problem. At this point, Longview to Tillamook, then inland down part of the Umpqua Valley. Hope to catch the North of California, from Happy Camp to Yreka, and then up the East side of I-5, then maybe toward Mt Hood.

Just some ideas. I am targeting approx. 400 mile days, on the road at 8:00 off for supper. How's that sounding? Hey MobilMike...with the date change work for you? So I see Bobcat, Mike, Paul & friend, and then me, so 5 of us? Anyone else coming?

You know I always trust your routes, Mackie! Sounds good to me. I won't even bother bringing a map.

OK. I'll get a potential route completed in the next couple of days. I will be using Microsoft Streets and Trips, which also has the option of saving the file as a Garmin Compatible *.gpx file. If anyone wants either the MS *.est or *.gpx files, send me a PM with your email address and I'll forward them to you.

Should be a fun trip!! A sixth person would be nice to even out the hotel rooms, I'll be pushing a couple of my buddies to see if anyone can come, but it does NOT look likely.
