:duh:hi .last days i got carburator jet kit.main jet 105#,pilot jet 12.5#,starter jet 40# and new jet. needle and needle jet.now how to adjust needle clip position and pilot air screw.

Needle clip position: Needle jet should have groves near top end. Your old needle will have circlip inserted in it. You can select needle position by selecting which grove will host circlip. The further from end the higher needle will sit and the more fuel.
Pilot air screw will require some trial and error. Something like good startint position may be to turn screw out 2 + 1/2 turns from fully closed position. Ride it a bit and then try 2 and 3 turns from fully closed and re-test to see which runs smoother through whole throttle and RPM range. Fine tune this way. Usually changes smaller than 1/4 turns won't make noticeable difference.
