I'm gonna guess you're going to need someone who can read Japanese websites to get the best prices. There are 250 Bandits in UK and Australia, but they are gray market bikes there and don't always get direct support from their Suzuki importers, so the gray market importers usually deal in their parts, too - and all these gray market bikes come used from Japan.

Indonesia got Bandit 250's direct from Suzuki importers and possibly other SE Asian nations, but if the prices these bikes sold for new are any indication of how much parts will cost, Japan is still going to be your best bet.

No... sorry. Don't read Japanese. Can't remember to speak much of it anymore either.

..or if you could find another bike that shares the same valves....  maybe a long shot and may be really hard to find out but possibly worth a shot.

Along that line, you might try to see if you can find a used, complete, servicable, cylinder head and just swap it out. Maybe one of the 250 owners knows of a salvage yard that has some 250 Bandits?

DK Motorcycles probably have what you need. They are absolutely extortionate with their spares prices, so only phone them if all else fails

Just a small question, how do you know that the valves are actually the problem?

Parts can be got but the price is always extortional. I think in Aus valves are like $50 each.
