You might be on a scavenger hunt, my friend.  Word is Suz/Mikuni stopped making the jets.  That was reported on one of these threads, anyway.

IIRC, the Factory-Pro jet kits are still available for the B4, so your solution just might be to rejet it for more power to cure it.

That is if the Factory-Pro kit is compatible with your bike.
Which market model is your B4?

What are the symptoms? Depending on what's wrong a jet kit might help.
Dynojet and Factorypro both still sell bandit 400 kits. However, the kits only come with main jets, jet needles, and springs. If you need a replacement needle jet you're on your own. Suzuki has them listed as discontinued.

Here's the factory pro website

While you're at it -- no carb rebuild is complete without changing all of the o-rings. Depending on what's wrong with your bike this might be the only thing required... last I checked you can order all the o-rings from Suzuki (although you'll pay an arm and a leg, you are guarenteed that the o-rings will fit and hold up to petrol).

I used the Factorypro kit with a Canadian model bike (33mm carbs). It took some tuning, but the Factorypro settings for the US model bike were pretty close. I found it a bit too rich in the bottom end, which I corrected by modding my airbox and then increasing the MJ size...

Last weekend I pulled my plugs, compaired them to the plug chart and to my amazement I had the perfect plug. I wish my camera had batteries!

What?!

I don't believe it! The Perfect Plug is just a myth, a legend told by old mechanics to keep the younger ones in line! It's like Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny, it doesn't actually exist!

It's no myth, I've got one in my toolbox that came out of a Pratt & Whitney R-2800 18 cylinder radial - too bad the plug's life had been cut short by a sucked valve.

:btw: lots of FI engines have 'em.
