Fuel Tank Blues
« on: June 22, 2009, 09:32:47 PM »
Well after buying the bike last year, scoring a set of mostly fresh set of Pirelli Diablo tires ($50), major tune up and "missing" nickle and dimes parts (~$500), I found the damn gas tank has no less than 10 or so rusty little pin holes . . . :rant2:

Besides the obvious ~$500 new tank or taking it to the welder ($$$), does any one know if a tank from any other Zuki will "fit"?

Or better yet, would anyone have one?

Thanks!!

I thought about tank Kreme. But after further in inspection the tank is pretty bad  :rant2:

So I happen to pick up one from CL for $100 . . .already Kreme'd

:bigok: Hope to be riding this weekend or mid next week!!
