£800 for my 1989 Bandit 4 with 28,000 km on the clock (import) and as the seller is a mate of mine who is a mechanic I knew that it had, new tyres, fresh fork oil, new carbs and was in good running order.

I picked up a 93 w/ 32,000 km's about a month ago, ran okay just needed some fresh fuel and the proper main jets. I picked it up for $900 (CAD). Since then i've gotten new tires, chain and sprockets, and handlebars. Fortunately i work @ a suzuki dealer so i was able to get everything 1/2 off retail.

I picked up a 91 with 13K on it for $877 off Ebay the other night. It was the score of a lifetime.

I'm ashamed to say I paid $1900 for mine  :banghead:

1991 B400, was in absolute pristine condition when I got it. Last owner took very good care of it, even threw in a bunch of extra parts. Got a rear cowl, rear seat, extra front seat, extra tach, headlight assembly, couple of extra oil filters and fork seals. Oh and a extra engine that's been sitting out in the rain...

91 model with 12,000 miles, got it for $275 USD.Had been garage kept, but hadn't been run in 2 years.Cleaned the carbs and rebuilt the rear master cylinder. The master cylinder kit was in a bag he gave me along with an oil filter and the owner's manual. Also,it had a brand new battery! It wouldn't start and he just didn't want to mess with it.Been riding it about a year now.

any brits on here willing to say how much they paid?

I paid £500 for a '91 American import with 22k on the clock in April.  Its my first bike and I love it! Its in okay-ish condition, but it would look out of place in a showroom :)  Still, everything works at least and it passed its MOT first time.  Since getting it I have had the carbs cleaned and balanced and an in-line fuel filter fitted to try and stop it from stalling at idle (being looked at in another thread...).
