Case Study:SUZUKI GSF400 BANDIT

If the primary pulse voltage is less than Vpp= 360v, then the voltage applying to the spark plug is very weak.As the result, your bike’s power is very weak.
After reconditioning of the CDI with performance kit, the primary pulse voltage will be greater than Vpp=570v.

Root cause: shorten the life cycle of key components due to high temperature inside of black box. For example, the initial value of capacitor is 10uF, it will change to 2uF after 3 years.

Advantages of performance kit:

15% more power as compared with original
shorten the pickup time
higher km/l fuel ratio

The main benefit of repairing a unit in contrast with buying a more expensive new one is an indication of the possible cause on the bike that appears from the partial broken electronic parts.
